Welcome to Azeem Splendor Paints. By booking our services or submitting your information through our website, Google Form, WhatsApp, or phone, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope

We provide painting, decoration, and related services at customer locations in Riyadh.
All work details (price, materials, timelines) are confirmed before starting the job.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability.
We may reschedule due to weather, access issues, or material delays.

3. Prices & Payments

Prices depend on the size of the project, materials, and labor.
A deposit may be required for large projects.
Full payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations

Customers should inform us ASAP if they need to cancel or change an appointment.
Deposits (if paid) may be non-refundable after materials are purchased.

5. Quality & Warranty

We aim for the highest quality workmanship.
Touch-ups or corrections must be requested within 24–48 hours of job completion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should:

• Provide safe access to the property

• Move furniture (if required) or request assistance

• Ensure correct color selection before work starts

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing wall damage

• Damage caused by poor wall conditions

• Items not removed from the workspace
